Program Description

At UnChared CrossFit, we believe in serving our entire community—every person, every ability.
That's why we created the Buddy Up Fitness program, a fitness experience specifically designed for individuals with Down syndrome, ages 12 and up. Our program focuses on building balance, core strength, cardiovascular endurance, and overall physical fitness—all in a supportive and encouraging environment.

But it's about more than just fitness. Our goal is to boost confidence, foster friendships, and create a sense of camaraderie among participants and their peers.

Each class is led by certified coaches and supported by dedicated volunteers who are not only experienced in the movements but passionate about working with this incredible group. At UnChared, we believe in working hard, lifting each other up, and having a great time while doing it.

We’ll guide you into the perfect training programs for your goals so you can start seeing real, lasting progress.
